Postage and Packing
Masters Traditional Games organises shipments:
- from multiple locations
- from several different types of location (fulfillment warehouses, suppliers, our own location)
- from locations in more than one country
- to dozens of countries
- using multiple methods of shipping and fulfillment (freight forwarding, post, courier, parcel, by hand etc.).
- using many different couriers and freight companies
This makes things complicated for us but simple for you - the aim is to make things simple and cheap for our customers. It isn't possible to list all the delivery prices on this page. Instead, simply add the items to the basket, select your destination country and press "Update" for an instant quote.
Our shopping basket isn't perfect but it does some clever things in terms of selecting the cheapest courier options for your selection and country. It will even consider the option of shipping several things from different locations to a single location and then shipping onward from there, where appropriate.
Shipping Costs
To see how much postage and packing will be, simply add the required items to the shopping basket.
The website works well for our more regular destinations - UK, USA, Canada, Australia and most of Europe. However, it will not necessarily calculate the best shipping schedule for large or complex orders or for orders to less common destinations. If the basket suggests you ask for a quote or you think the price is higher than it should be, please email us with the details and it will be our pleasure to check manually and to provide you with abetter quote, if possible.
Typical Transit Times
For an ETA, simply add the items to the shopping basket and select your destination country.
The following table shows typical courier transit times for worldwide destinations for small and medium-sized orders. These are not applicable during the Christmas period - but our basket will still give you the best ETA at that time too. Sometimes we beat these and if you give us a deadline we'll do our best to meet it, but we prefer to err on the side of caution. Occasionally, couriers let us down and then, unfortunately, delivery can take longer than expected. However, shipments are insured and you are covered for any loss or damage in transit.
The following times do not include times for preparing or making the item ready for shipping but the preparation times are indicated on the individual product pages. Sometimes, we can get things off the same day but one or two things are made to order and can take weeks.
So we should stress again - please use the shopping basket or email us for a proper ETA.
