Football & Table Tennis Table Delivery Information

The information on this page applies to Garlando Freeplay tables and Cornilleau Table Tennis tables only.

Normal Delivery

Lead time is normally 2 - 5 days for 95% of postcodes but can take longer for outlying areas. The delivery company will contact you by telephone or email to pre-book the delivery on a mutually convenient day. Around 24 hours prior to delivery, you will be contacted as a reminder of the impending delivery and to advise a two-hour delivery window (the timing is determined by the delivery company and cannot be changed). If you cannot be contacted at this point, the delivery will still go ahead - as the date has already been agreed.

Garlando Football Tables and Cornilleau Table Tennis Tables require simple assembly by two able-bodied adults and can take around three quarters of an hour to put together.

Usually the delivery guys are happy to deliver your Table to a ground floor room or garden - assuming that access is short and straightforward. The table will be unpacked and you will be asked to sign to say that all parts have been received in good order (if you request the table to be left packed, we won't be able to uphold any subsequent claims for damage).

Assembly / Delivery Service

We can assemble your Table game for an extra cost, if required. If you do select and pay for this option, it will be assumed that location of the table will be in an easily accessible location on the ground, first or second floors or a dry place in a garden (an alternative location may be necessary in inclement weather - tables cannot be assembled in the rain).

We cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred if our deliverers are not given due warning of difficult access. If the delivery crew decide that the table cannot be delivered to the requested location, their decision is final.

Cancelled and Failed Deliveries

If the delivery team arrive at your premises on the pre-agreed date but there is no-one to receive the goods, all possible efforts will be made to contact you. If you cannot be reached and there is nowhere suitable to leave the table then this will constitute a failed delivery and you will be invoiced for the actual delivery charge which will vary depending on the product being delivered.

If the order is cancelled less than 36 hours prior to the pre-arranged delivery date then we will still charge the full (actual) delivery charge.
