Large Coconut Shy Balls

These coconut shy balls are 2.75 inches in diameter and made from Beechwood. Some may have knot marks or small imperfections in them but they are ideal for throwing at coconuts and in fact it seems a bit of a shame to batter them as they're quite aesthetic.

The larger coconut shy balls are for those who wish to give throwers or children a better chance. Larger and heavier than our standard 2 inch balls, the 70mm coconut shy balls weigh approx. 115 - 125g.

Before opting for the additional expense, however, you may wish to consider that there are other ways to reduce the difficulty such as standing children closer to the coconuts, balancing the coconuts more precariously on the poles or soaking the balls in water to make them heavier (but bear in mind that the balls will deteriorate much more quickly if they are wet).
